The Courtyards at Carr Farms is a developing community in Hilliard, Ohio, located off of Leppert Rd.
Consisting of luxury ranch homes and townhomes with private garden courtyards, open floor-plans, abundant natural light, and first-floor owner suites!
There will be a total of 243 homes in the Courtyards at Carr Farms HOA when it is projected to be completed in 2026.
There will be 6 ponds, each with fountains, and a walking path that trails through parts of the community creating a beautiful scenic walk through the neighborhood.
The Association Clubhouse, located at 5755 Arcadian Ave. is accessible 24/7 to all homeowners and contains the community exercise room, full kitchen, multiple sitting areas, a 3-seasons room, outdoor heated pool, outdoor seating areas, pickle ball court, and bocce court. As well as the community firepit located across Piedmont Dr., at 4872 Piedmont Dr.
