Columbus Water & Power (CWP) has been changing out old meters in the Greater Columbus Area for the Enhanced Meter Project. Your community is sub-metered and CWP will not need to access your home. However, they will need to change out the one master meter for the entire community. To do so, the water will need to be shut off for approximately up to one hour. 
 
The Courtyards at Carr Farms HOA is currently scheduled for a window time to
replace the meter next Tuesday, February 10th, between 12:00PM – 2:00PM. This is an approximate timeframe for the technician to arrive. Should the tech arrive at the end of the window, water may be turned off after 2:00PM. Once the water is turned off, the technician should be able to quickly replace the meter, returning water to all Carr Farms residents within 30-60minutes. 
 
We will keep all owners posted of any major changes to the schedule. Thank you all for your understanding as we work with CWP to bring the community up to date with their system.

Parking Reminder

Parking is permitted on only one-side of the street at all times. This is for everyone's safety. 
 
Private streets are narrower and cannot allow for parking on both sides of the street due to needed to permit emergency vehicles the room to access all parts of the community in case of an emergency. Per the City Engineer, parking is only permitted on the side of the street that is opposite the fire hydrants. Due to the water lines navigating through the community, fire hydrants can switch from one side of the street to another. We ask that all owners be cognizant of where the fire hydrants are located if you or your guests are parking on the streets. If you ever have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Management for guidance.
 
If you see any frequent issues, for everyone's safety and to ensure emergency services vehicles can access all parts of the community, please report parking violations to SBS Management.
